Jon Davis joined AbsolutAire in May of 2024 as Controller.  Jon’s primary duties are focused on managing our accounting function.  He will also assist in evaluating and implementing new accounting software. 

Jon comes to AbsolutAire with over 33 years of experience working mainly with manufacturing and production-based companies with roles that included Controller, CFO and COO positions.

Jon has a Master’s Degree in Managerial Accounting from Western Michigan University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Michigan State University. 

Jon was a Naval Officer and Aviator and is a graduate of the Naval Aviation Supply Chain School.   He was recommended for early promotion to Lieutenant Commander and for designation as an Aeronautical Engineering Duty Officer. While working in industry, he earned a CPIM in production and inventory management from APICS, The American Production & Inventory Control Society.

Recently, as CFO/COO for a manufacturer, he developed and executed the strategy that doubled the size of the business by expanding the company’s supply chain, infrastructure, and product lines. He also served as executive champion for ERP, CAD/CAM, and ISO 9000 implementations.

Deb Crowe manages accounting and traffic for AbsolutAire. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting, including invoicing, accounts payable, daily journals, and monthly income statements. In managing traffic, or order tracking, Deb is charged with order entry to the shop floor, bills of material (BOM) accuracy, and monitoring order progress toward completion and shipping.

Deb began her HVAC career in 1975 with DuoAire, Inc., holding various positions in accounting and administration. When the operations became part of AbsolutAire in 1992, she joined the company to lead the accounting function.

Deb holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Accounting from Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC). She has also earned continuing education credits in various coursework at Western Michigan University.

Ana Martinez joined AbsolutAire in 2021 and assumed the role of Accounting Assistant. In this position, she is responsible for invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing. Ana also assists with the onboarding of new production employees, maintains personnel information records, helps with weekly payroll, and carries out other administrative accounting duties as needed.

Prior to joining AbsolutAire, Ana worked in Administration and Language Services for two years in a non-profit organization, and also worked in manufacturing as a summer student during her college years.

Ana graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Finance and Business Administration degree. She also completed the Community Interpretation course in 2019 and is certified to interpret in the medical field and in schools.

Connie McCarn joined AbsolutAire in August 2023 and assumed the role of Accounting Clerk.  In this position, Connie is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, payroll and carries out other administrative accounting duties as needed.

Prior to joining AbsolutAire, Connie worked for a local car dealership in Marshall as an accounting assistant.  Connie has worked in various accounting roles for over 10 years. 

Outside of work Connie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, grown children and most importantly their grandchildren and her new puppy.
